Consider this...: Laparoscopy is a very reasonable option, but is not - always - the only option. In some cases, not all, a cyst that size can be watched if your doctor is certain it's a follicular cyst. You need to talk openly with your doctor so you both understand each other; in this case the doctor who knows you and has examined you will give better advice than online.
