What is the cause: You need to go to see a hematologist to help you find out what is going on. There are so many things that can give you the problems. Blood works and bone marrow biopsy have to be done. Implication of havng low blood counts would depend on why and how severe/how low the blood levels. Go to see your doc and discuss more about this.
