Unexplained chronic pain in multiple joints. mris brain/back/hips, and cbcs clear. what is potential for aleukemic leukemia confined to bone marrow?

Rare: Aleukemic leukemia is very rare in the absence of marked fatigue, weakness and skin involvement. If your discomfort is confined to joints, a type of arthritis is suspected. Muscle discomfort could be due to fibromyalgia. In any event a rheumatologist should be involved in the investigation so that appropriate tests are ordered.
