What's the main difference between paraplegia and quadriplegia, if any?

Number of limbs: "plegia" is a term meaning weakness or paralysis. Paraplegia refers to involvement of both legs. This is the more common form of cerebral palsy. Quadriplegia means that all four limbs are involved. This is the most severe form of cerebral palsy. Paraplegia is often not associated with mental retardation or epilepsy, while quadriplegia is almost always associated with both.
