Exercise: Vitamins won't help unless she has a certain deficiency, although a children's multivitamin won't hurt. Proper exercise, a healthy diet, avoidance of stress (balance in her life), and about 9 hours of sleep per night are all necessary to promote energy. There's nothing magic about it so don't look for an easy fix.
