No: Lasik/prk is not considered a medicaid necessity, therefore it is not covered by medicaid or any other insurance.

Insurance lasik: Lasik is generally not considered a medical necessity and therefore is elective. Many flex spending and health savings plans may allow you to apply available funds to laser vision corrrection, but you should verify with them. It is my understanding that this option will be limited under obamacare.
