I have dry pathes of skin, starting as little brown dots appearing on the top and bottom of both feet that don't itch- easy to peel off after 3-4 dys

Could be # of things: Hyperkeratosis or simply excessive skin cells in the outer layer of the epidermis is most likely. This may occur for many reasons, including fungal infection, although that is more commonly associated with itching. Another possibility is capiliaritis, which look more like cayanne pepper spots. If it persists best to have a specilaist take a look.
