I'm having sever pain in my right lower stomach any idea what this may be?

Could be anything: Appendix is usually lower and more rightward than this and usually causes progressive increase in pain. The female organs can produce intermittent pain like this as can pregnancy. Often pain like this is non specific and is related to the transit of intestinal contents through the bowel. Pain like this is often intermittent cramping and sharp and sometimes related to bowel movement.
