When i woke up my lower right part of my stomach was sore and i didnt do anything to make it sore any ideas on whats going on?

Hard to be certain: Pain in the right lower abdomen can be an early sign of appendicitis. If the pain is severe, you develop additional symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite), or you are having pain with movement, please seek medical evaluation. This pain might also be just due to mild enteritis (inlfammation of the bowels due to viral/bacterial infection or sensitivity to something you ate).
