Concerning: Pain in the right lower quadrant can possibly be appendicitis. I recommend an evaluation by a physician urgently.

Go to ER: Lower right sided abdominal pain could be appendicitis. If you feel it is getting worse, go to the emergency room. The pain from appendicitis typically starts as general abdominal pain, then migrates to the right lower quadrant of the belly. It is sometimes associated with nausea, vomiting, and low grade fever.
