We : We divide the abdomen in quadrants. Pain in the right lower quadrant could be appendicitis. If you have had pain for 2 days i would recommend a visit to the er to have this evaluated. You don't want a ruptured appendix...... It is not fun.

RLQ pain: Pain in the right lower quadrant could be appendicitis. I would recommend a visit to the er or at the least your PCP.
