Moderation: Nowadays exercise is over rated. If too much was great, all retired unprofessional sports should the the healthiest people, but they are not. Sport activity , of what and how much depend on your age, and cardiovascular tolerance. In general 15 to 30 minutes a day is balanced, moderate cardio to do. Too much of anything is not so healthy in general.
