Seizure free?: If you have been seizure free for 12 years on Dilantin with a blood level of 3.1, an excellent probability is that you will remain seizure free providing you take your medicine. Dilantin level is said not to be therapeutic below 10. Therapeutic level is a statistical concept. 5% of people can still get good results below this "lower limit".
