Tylenol (acetaminophen) : Tylenol, (acetaminophen) if his liver is ok. Aspirin, ibuprofen, Naproxen might be dangerous due to increased bleeding risk. Narcotics are safe too.

Small amounts: Of Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen is generally ok but if this is a frequent problem he should talk to his physician.
