Warfarin dosing : 1 mg is a very low dose of warfarin and in most patients would not increase the INR (test of anticoagulation) much. Anticoagulation is used in many patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) to recur the risk of stroke, so it is important to get it right. Too low won't work, and too high risks bleeding.
