Coumadin (warfarin): Why is he on Coumadin (warfarin). Stopping Coumadin (warfarin) should not cause a person to be tired. It is imp to ensure that he has non issues on stopping the Coumadin (warfarin) and the reason he is on it.

Not likely connected: Coumadin (warfarin) does not interfere with energy levels.IT can cause a problem if there is bleeding, but in general your father's symptoms are unlikely to be related to stopping Coumadin (warfarin). More likely related to the reason for surgery
