What does it mean if my doctors said she couldn't feel my uterus?

Not much: She simply could not feel it either because it is small, it's position in the pelvis or perhaps your build makes it hard to feel. There is a rare congenital anomoly where the uterus doesn't develop. An ultrasound can determine this if there is concern.
