Counseling: Experience is often helpful in building self confidence. We all feel inadequate from time to time but as we "do" we learn that we "can do" counseling can build self awareness and can also be a terrific vehicle for self esteem.

Surround yourself: With positive people with whom you have mutual respect. Learn to focus on things you do well and that you like about yourself. Avoid being overly self-critical. Believe it or not - if you start to carry yourself in a confident manner- your self confidence will actually increase.
