See below: Blushing is a physiological reaction - it may be triggered by other physiological events or by certain thoughts and feelings. Either way, what you can control is your reaction to knowing that you are blushing and/ or the thoughts and feelings that might have triggered it. If this is a major concern request an evaluation by a psychologist or psychiatrist.

It's OK: There's no necessary or rational reason for your red face to decrease your self-esteem and confidence. Yes, it is just an uncontrollable physiological reaction. It doesn't mean anything. If it is messing with your self-esteem and confidence it is because you are giving the red color meaning. How about adopting an attitude of "just the facts." your face has a reddish tint. Nothing more.
