How to treat a nasal infection from a zit inside?

Leave it alone: You are probably a nasal staphylococcal carrier as are 25% of normal people. If you pull out a nasal hair or use a nasal hair clipper you can get a nasal pimple. Leave it alone or soak with hot water until it resolves. Do not squeeze it or it could get much worse. Consider getting a prescription for bactroban (mupericin) ointment twice a day for 7-10 days to try to decolonize.
