Different: A panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder. Sx's of anxiety can include uncontrolled worrying, restlessness, increased muscle tension, irritability, problems wi sleep & concentration as well as feeling tired. Panic attacks are fairly discreet episodes usually lasting for 2 to 10 minutes in which there is marked increase in anxiety symptoms over that person's baseline.
