See physician: Relaxation techniques such as slow breathing exercises and muscle relaxation techniques, biofeedback, Cognitive behavior therapy, SSRI medications such as Zoloft, (sertraline) list-making prior to sleep and decision to leave problems on the list until the next day so cannot forget, regular exercise, good nutrition, 7-8 hours sleep, stress reduction where able, meditation or prayer, support network all help
