Why did j&j stop manufacturing reach floss for sensitive gums?

I would ask them: Companies can discontinue products for a number of reasons. Poor sales, unavailable raw materials, etc. Can lead to the extinction of your favorite products. Don't give up on flossing just because of that. There are many brands/varieties of floss out there and try them one at a time until you find one that you like. Btw, i don't know what j&j does to floss to make it work better on sensitive gums.
