Absolutely: Medications can certainly treat both conditions, as can therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) is a particularly effective treatment for both symptoms of anxiety and attention deficit disorder (add). Cbt is very different from traditional talk therapy. It targets unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and helps you to modify them and function as a happier, healthier person.
