SSRI: I assume that you are on another medication. It would be helpful to know what that is. In general the ssris like prozac, celexa, and zoloft (sertraline) also help with anxiety. There are a variety of other medications that can help. However, consider treating anxiety with other non medications like exersize and counciling.
