A member asked:

How many diapers does a newborn use normally?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"CHANGES" daily: On the first day of life, the baby may pee only 1-2 times and poop only 1-2 times. As the days go by, this increases on a daily basis. Day 2 pees 3-5 times, maybe a couple of poops. Also depends on whether you breast or formula feed. By the end of the first week, they are usually peeing or pooping every couple of hours, so you usually go through about 10-12 diapers daily by that time.
