No RAW meat/fish: Besides raw meat/fish (n minimize processed meats/cold-cuts), you should be eating a healthy, well balanced diet, and regular exercises just like everyone else should. You may need a bit more iron/calcium/folic acid which are provided in your prenatal vitamins. Consume about 500+ calories/day extra, to make milk for baby. Congrats on the new baby--a miracle of life. Good luck.

The foods you eat will affect your breast milk, and baby may express his or her preferences via bowel health, tummy happiness and overall well-being. If you think your baby seems a little more fussy than usual, you may take a look at what you ate previously.
Usually food what can give some skin allergy or tummy reaction are chocolate, dairy products, citrus, gluten, garlic, strawberries.

There are no definite contraindications to particular foods during breastfeeding. But if there is a family history of allergies: it is wise to watch out for baby cues suggesting reactivity to the food
