Infant feeding: Congratulations on exclusively breastfeeding your baby! after 6 months, most breastfed babies are prone to iron deficiency. The best foods to give should be rich in iron. Although cereals are iron-fortified, the iron is not as well abosrbed compared to the iron in red meats and green vegetables. Start pureeing your own and feed until baby starts to refuse more.
