What foods to avoid when breast feeding for healthy milk?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mom can eat: Nursing mothers need to eat a balance diet with plenty of fluids, if the baby is fussy and colicky, has rash or constant congestion, than you avoid certain foods and beverages too much caffeine spices(cinnamen, garlic, curry, chilli pepper) chocolate citrus fruits broccoli cabbage cucumbers &peppers onion cherries and prunes but i must say most moms can consume all these in moderation without ill effect.
