My spine is curved and if i bend over or stoop when i get back up i get instant headaches up the back of my neck to my head every time ?

Restricted blood flo: If the spine muscles are tense with forward bending, and bending forward allows more blood to the head by gravity, the likely cause of your headaches is restricted venous flow between the heart and cranium, through the internal jugular veins. This may be secondary to a boney, muscular, or other various neuro-vascular entrapments from anatomy that promotes posture at the expense of blood flow

May not be related: The two may not be related. I would not hesitate to be seen and evaluated for the scoliosis and the positional headaches you are experiencing.
