No: However, leg calf cramps ("charley horses") are very common - everyone has them sometimes, whereas i'm not aware of any BP medicines that cause them. An overly strong diuretic ("fluid pill") could contribute, but they're usually due to overstretch of the muscle as occurs when lying in bed. Supporting the foot, keeping it in a position of flexion (toes towards the nose) will help prevent cramps.
