Blood vessel narrowing/ disorders do not have to be symmetrical. The left leg could be developing blood vessel narrowing/clotting issues that could be related to One's Smoking. If possible, the first thing is to Stop Smoking and then go see the PCP or Vascular Doctor for evaluation and management.
