It : It sounds like you may have a herniated disc in your lumbar spine pinching nerves. If you have weakness or bowel/bladder problems, you should be evaluated by a spine surgeon soon. The pain and numbness may resolve on their own, but some people require an operation to remove the disc fragment and decompress the nerves.
