I don't have collapsed arches but my ankles fall inwards will i need surgery to straighten them as i get a lot of pain in the rest of my legs?

There are other ways: If you don't have "collapsed" arches, you need to be evaluated to see what is causing your ankles to fall inwards. There are ankle foot orthotics that can help you with this. However, without a through evaluation it is hard to determine what is causing the your ankles to go inward. See a podiatrist or an orthopedic doctor for further evaluation.

Arches: Posterior tib tendon dysfunction may be causing the problem. Specific inserts, bracing, or surgery may be indicated.
