Overweight: This is in the overweight category according to body mass index. Another important question would be your waist-to-hip ratio which is an indicator of health risks. You would want to reduce your weight slowly at no more than 1-2 pounds per week until you reach your goal. Check out this simple online tool at www.Webmd.Com/diet/calc-bmi-plus.

Check BMI: Use a BMI calculator to know. SEE: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm. BMI Categories: Underweight = <18.5 * Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 * Overweight = 25–29.9 * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater. By checking your BMI you can get an idea of whether you are in a healthy range.

110-145 lb: It would be good to keep your weight around 130 pounds. The healthy range is 110-145 pounds. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, Wish you good health!
