Yes: Unless you are built like Mr Olympia you are borderline obese by normal BMI standards.If your total body fat is low (5-10%) like most bodybuilders it makes the BMI invalid.If you are built like many teens with an average of more than 20% body fat it applies.The desired weight range for your height is from 99 to 120 lb.You win the battle of a better weight/height with your diet more than exercise
