Sounds ok: That sounds ok for a 20 year-old. A ballpark number for women can be 100 pounds for the first 5 feet of height, plus 5 pounds for each additional inch above 5 feet. In this case, 100 + 45 = 145 pounds. Depending on one's body build, a range of 130-160 pounds should be just fine.
