Need to see a Doctor: Usual age is unusual for stomach cancer. But the correlation of left supraclavicular nodes with positive blood in stool occure in stomach cancer. Are you in the medical field as you had the stool checked, despite remote access to a doctorare there any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, weight loss. Are you anemic. Have you checked your hemoglobin . Do you have any haemorroids.

Yes see a doctor: You should be evaluated by a physician for the blood in the stool. It is most likely a benign process such as hemorrhoids, but it warrants evaluation to rule out a more serious process.
