Sx's: cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, fatigue, low fever, night sweats, headache, muscle/joint pain, rash, weight loss.Disseminated Dz) can lead to meningitis or pneumonia. Dx is via serologic tests for coccidioidomycosis or cultures.
