Not easily: Intraocular pressure can be lowered temporarily with highly concentrated sugar solutions given IV (such as mannitol) in acute emergencies. In normal situations eye drops are the best way to lower pressure reliably.

No: If you mean ways using non conventional medications and avoidance of surgery - none are effective. If you have elevated eye pressure this is serious and can cause vision loss. Don't look for some alternative, non-effective therapy.
