No eye transplant: There is corneal transplant for corneal diseases, and glaucoma surgery for glaucoma. There are no eye transplants.

Corneal transplant: You can get a corneal transplant if you have glaucoma and this is occasionally done. Eye transplants (the entire eye) are not possible with current knowledge.

Clarification : If you are referring to a corneal transplant, then yes, you can receive this type of transplant if there is indication for it and the prognosis is favorable. It's very important to have well controlled glaucoma prior to & after cornea transplantion to assure the best success for corneal survival. If you are implying that is it possible to have an whole eye transplantion, the answer is no.
