Likely no change: Pigmentary glaucoma is a type of open in the glaucoma that is a result of an excessive release of pigment from the structure in the eye called the iris. Overtime this release of pigment can clog your natural drainage system causing high eye pressure with resultant damage to the optic nerve. There can be some irreversible changes to the iris more notable on clinical exam using a microscope.
