Not really: Unless there is a significant problem, the lens implants are not usually removed. In addition, the longer they have been in place, the more risk there is in attempting to replace them. Why is it that you are not happy with the outcome? Perhaps there is another solution.

Maybe not needed: Depending on what is causing the dissatisfaction, there may be some solution to help. Unlikely that another cataract surgery would be needed. Occasionally an in-office laser treatment can help. Discuss your state with your surgeon.
