Nope: Elevation of hepatic enzymes is very common with mono. Good news is, it's all reversible.

Agree with Dr. S: Liver enzyme elevation is common with mono and should subside. Talk to her doctor if re-testing in 3-4 months is warranted and also talk to her/him about getting HPV vaccine. Wish you and your daughter good health!
