Needs to be checked: Your daughter has fever,strawberry tongue and rash under eyes and on nose The commonest cause of fever associated with strawberry tongue is streptococcal tonsillitis.It can also cause rash all over body& red cheeks in children and it Scarlet Fever.But your daughter does not have rash of scarlet fever. Needs to be examined and a quick strep test or throat culture is needed She may need antibiotics
