YES!!!: Yes this is a very potent combination and excellent synergy. Cymbalta (duloxetine) helps with serotonin and norepinephrine and wellbutrin helps with Dopamine and norepinephrine. I would recommend beginning with one alone first and see if it is beneficial and then augment with the second one if necessary.
