No: Please do not alter the doses that were prescribed to you w/out first talking to the doctor who prescribed it. Neither should you stop taking one or add one w/out doing this. These medications can interact and the effects can be very risky. Consider adding therapy. Therapy has been consistently shown to improve outcomes of psych medication use. Always. Best!
