AVOID CAFFEINE: Not sure of foods to help with anxiety. Just good healthy diet that is balanced. Avoid excessive sugar and carbohydrates but do not eliminate them. Exercise and sleep well and meditate. Definitely avoid excessive caffeine and stimulants as in some cold remedies otc. Some foods that have tryptophan may be relaxing but ultimately it is just good healthy living and then therapy and medications maybe.
