Could be: Sometimes the medications for lymphoma, or the disease itself can cause abnormal clotting so that nose bleeds become more common.

Possibly: If you're currently being treated for your lymphoma with chemotherapy drugs that lower your blood counts you could be bleeding from your nose because of that. Of course it could just be an unconnected nosebleed from a dry environment.
