No: lymph nodes that are slightly swollen and associated with foul swelling PND are probably chronically inflamed . A possible six year association with such a condition not that uncommon. On the other hand, if there were a malignant process involved, the nodes within months of defining would get larger and then involve other nodes in the region, possible spreading to other sites in the body
